This Privacy Policy explains how Narelio handles personal information in connection with the website at narelio.com (the "Site"). We keep what we collect to a minimum and we never sell personal data.

Who we are

The Site is operated by Narelio, a sole proprietorship based in Japan, with Naoki Yamauchi (山内直己) as its operator. Narelio is the data controller for personal information processed through the Site. You can reach us at info@narelio.com.

What we collect

We collect only the information needed to run an informational website and respond to inquiries:

• Contact-form data — the name, email address, and message you provide when you contact us.
• Basic server and security logs — standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and request times, used to operate and protect the Site.
• Cookieless analytics — privacy-friendly, aggregate usage statistics via Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and performs no cross-site tracking.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not build advertising profiles.

Why we use it and our legal basis

We use the information above to respond to your inquiries and to operate, secure, and improve the Site. Where the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we rely on our legitimate interest in running and protecting an informational website and, where appropriate, on your consent. In Japan, we handle personal information appropriately under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI).

Service providers and third parties

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to deliver the Site:

• Resend — delivery of contact-form emails.
• Cloudflare — website hosting, security, and cookieless analytics.
• Sanity — management of the Site's content.

These providers process data on our behalf, and your data may be processed outside Japan with appropriate safeguards in place. We never sell personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep contact-form data only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any reasonable follow-up, after which it is deleted. Server and security logs are retained for a limited period for operational and security purposes.
